Yoga practice nourishes the body and the mind. It activates our parasympathetic nervous system and gets us out of fight or flight mode. Through the control of our breath, we allow our body to rest and digest, and restore itself to its optimal state.
Yoga poses prepare the body to meditate – to self witness with greater awareness. When we achieve greater awareness more often, we achieve a greater level of order. When we function with a higher level of coherence, we live in the flow of the universe.

- Opal was trained in Australia through Power Living. She is a 300 hour+ qualified Vinyasa & Yin Yoga teacher.
- Her yoga classes focus on intelligent sequencing that will challenge the body but also calm the mind.
- It is an immersive experience through breath, movement, meditation and gentle yogic philosophy.
- Opal believes we hold the power to heal ourselves and create our reality.
- She presently teaches at Fitness First North Sydney on Fridays 5.30-6.30pm. If you are a FF member you can go to this class as a part of your membership. Otherwise you can pay a casual entry visit to participate in this class and use the gym’s facilities.
